Sorry to report that Ian Wilson (3rd battalion Pipes & Drums) has passed away after a lengthy illness. Ian has been living in the Lancaster, Ontario area for some time. There is no funeral planned but a Legion memorial service may be conducted at a later date.

Update: There is no viewing. There will be a memorial service on May 24th at the Lancaster Legion from 11 to 1. It's only going to be a legion service with a luncheon after. The legion service is not long. It's Munro and Morris Funeral home that is taking care of it in Lancaster. People can send their condolences through that site. It will be in the Montreal Gazette on May 16th.

It's in the Glengarry News this Wednesday.
