oromocto_standrews_2010With the loss of the Oromocto Legion last year the New Brunswick chapter held it's Saint Andrew's dinner and dance at the Lincoln Lions Club hall in Lincoln. It was a very snowy night but 72 members and guests managed to attend the event.  A roast beef dinner was followed by a local band playing for the dance.  Many gifts were given out, with many thanks going out to Dave and Sheryl Tucker who managed to poll the local businesses for donations.

The haggis party pictured here was led by Earl Graves while Ray McDonald, Earl Kennedy, Art O'Brian, Cecil Hiscock carried the haggis.  Also pictured is Gordie Gravell giving the Ode to the Haggis.  Doing the piping was Alex MacDonald.

Everyone had a good time and the snow had stopped and the roads were cleared and bare for the trip home.
