Second Battalion Friends:

Have received word that Tom Murray passed away recently in Scotland.

Tom was recruited out of the Royal Scots into 2RHC shortly after the battalion arrived in Germany in 1962, and he remained with 2nd Battalion’s Pipes & Drums until 1969 when he returned to Scotland briefly before moving to South Africa. He returned to his native Scotland at some later date.
