I went to junior nco school with Phil and shared a room with him and of course 2 other guys. Phil and I shared a lot of laughs together. And when I saw him at a reunion some years ago we just picked everything up from where we left off. Phil was a great guy and I am so sad to hear of his passing. The world will be a much sadder place without him. RIP my friend.
