Black Watch Friends:

This is to report the recent death of Vince Horsman in Oromocto.

Vince served with Second Battalion throughout the 1960s in Gagetown, Germany and Cyprus.

Horsman, Vincent Joseph
On Friday, April 6, 2012, Vincent Joseph Horsman (born April 30, 1939) passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was 72.
"I wish I knew the reasons why I love you so. But I don't care, just as long as you know; that I will never leave you dear no matter what you say. Because all I need is your sweet love every single day. I will always love you Vince. You will always be with me."
Vincent is survived by his wife, Linda; three sons, John (Lisa) Horsman, Stephen (Andrée) Horsman and Paul (Mary) Horsman; two daughters, Bambi (Clay) Bradley and Vicky (Kevin) Ring; eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by three brothers, Stanley, John and Walter and two sisters, Betty and Bernice.

At Vincent's request, there will be no funeral service. Instead, a celebration of his life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #93, Oromocto, NB on Sunday, June 24, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #93. Oromocto Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
