Black Watch stationed in Germany circa 1963 13 Years, 5 Months ago
Hi. Although I haven't served in the forces, I have an uncle that's buried in Werl Cemetary in Germany. His Name was Private Leonard Churchill. I never met, him, as I am only 28, and he died in an accident over there in 1963. If anyone has any photos of him, or knew him, i would love to hear from you.

Hello ! I recall Your Uncle , Leonard Churchill , , as we were both in " A " Company , 1ST. BATTALION . IN WERL. I do recall the incident when he passed away . He was from Newfoundland . I don't think I have any photos of him but will check . He was sort of tall and thin as I re-call . I was his Corp . He was a nice fellow and always laughing . Sadly missed .

hi. thanks so much for responding. if you could tell me anything about him, i'd love to hear it. i'm told that apparently he was sent home shortly before his death, and volunteered to go back because he had a lady friend there who was pregnant.
